
Ingredients
50ml Crusty Juggler Pineapple Rum
Few Lime wedges
50ml Pineapple juice
100ml soda
15ml Demerara sugar syrup
Handful fresh mint
Pineapple chunks and fresh pineapple for garnish
Method
01. Muddle pineapple chunks, lime and fresh mint with sugar syrup in the bottom of a tall glass
02. Add pineapple juice and crushed ice and stir
03. Add rum and stir again
04. Top with soda and garnish with pineapple
