50ml Crusty Juggler Pineapple Rum
A Few Slices of green chilli
25ml Pineapple juice
10ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Chilli salt (for rim of glass)
Method
01. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
02. Top with ice
03. Shake hard for 10 seconds
04. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
05. Garnish with pineapple
