
Ingredients
50ml Crusty Juggler Black Spiced Rum
50ml Passionfruit Puree
25ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Lime juice
25ml Egg white
Few dashes bitters
METHOD
01. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
02. Top with ice
03. Shake hard for 10 seconds
04. Double strain into a short tiki glass filled with crushed ice
05. Garnish with passionfruit
