50ml Crusty Juggler Hot Honey Rum

25ml Calvados

25ml Lemon Juice

Teaspoon Honey

1 x Egg white

Method

01. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

02. Top with ice

03. Shake hard for 10 seconds

04. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass

05. Garnish with lemon peel
