Jugglers Revenge
Ingredients:
50ml Crusty Juggler Rum
15ml Lime juice
50ml Passionfruit puree
25ml vanilla syrup
25ml egg white
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method:
Shake hard, and serve in a short tiki glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a passionfruit slice and a few dashes of aromatic bitters.
